The hotel's location near Masjid Nabawi is excellent, and it is very close to Haram, making it convenient for visitors. The rooms are tiny and not well-kept, but the service, although requiring communication through Booking, is cooperative and attentive. The dining options could be improved to cater to all guests.
Although the hotel is very close to Holy Masque and offers a nice location, I found that it didn't quite meet my expectations. The staff were quite pleasant, but customer satisfaction seemed to be low on their list of priorities. Unfortunately, there was no parking available, which was inconvenient, and the overall service was lacking. It's a decent budget option for those who want to be near the Holy sites.
The hotel had some drawbacks such as small, smelly rooms with no basic amenities, but the location near the Haram saved us money. Service was a mix of unprofessional and cooperative. Dining options were limited but managed to meet expectations. Facilities were average.
